6 th month of pregnancy.
Balancing in muzhumandalam itself seems to be little difficult for me. This might not be the case for other moms to be. Balancing my 89 kgs on my toes is definitely a challenge. To add on , the baby bump has also a role in the shift of centre of gravity I guess.

I tend to bend forward and lose balance. Another nagging issue is the pain in pelvic area and groin which does pop up during the 6th month. Muzhumandalam stance is not so comfortable. But I do inspire myself thinking of my mother who danced throughout her pregnancy.

Being on the heavier side always was never an issue for me to perform mandi adavus, but with a low lying placenta, an eight cm endometrial cyst, constant pain in the breasts and anaemic 🙊 practice is a botheration each time.

I guess basically the fear of anticipating a mishap conquers half of my confidence.
But ultimately I am happy to have atleast this much strength of perform. Well this definitely going to be a topic for myself to brag about to my child 😄🙊❤️.
